We process the data you provide through the forms (contact, diagnostic, waiting list) for the sole purpose of replying to you, guiding you and, where applicable, preparing a service proposal. We do not build automated profiles with legal effects.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your express consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and while a relationship or legitimate interest exists; after that it is deleted.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Technology providers supporting the site act as data processors with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@bienestarvitae.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
